Sriko Audio provides professional sound, lighting, and audio equipment rental services for various events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other approved method.
Sriko Audio reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in a partial or no refund, depending on preparation and scheduling.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or event no-shows.

5. Equipment Use and Responsibility

All rented equipment remains the property of Sriko Audio.
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use and safety of equipment during the event.
Any damage or loss caused due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the client.
Our technicians will handle setup and dismantling unless otherwise arranged.

6. Liability

Sriko Audio will not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as power failures, weather conditions, or venue restrictions).
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked service.

7. Changes to Services

Sriko Audio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services or pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, text, and media — is the property of Sriko Audio and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal details collected during booking (such as name, phone number, and email) are used only for communication and service purposes. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
