Screws needed for this bank are M8-1.25 and M3-5. Length on the balancer screws shouldn’t be longer than 8mm with washer. 6mm is plenty for one balancer lead and washer. The outer tabs are 7mm thick and inner links are 5mm at the thinnest section.
